Set your availability
Clients can only book when you are open. Your default weekly schedule tells Timelish which days and hours to offer on your booking website.
Open Settings → Schedule (you can also reach schedule tools from the Appointments area).
Set your default weekly hours
On the Default schedule screen, set working hours for each day of the week:
- Turn days on or off depending on when you take appointments.
- For open days, set start and end times for each block of hours.
- Add more than one block per day if you take a lunch break, for example morning and afternoon slots.
Tap Save when finished. These hours are the baseline Timelish uses before any optional tools adjust them further.
How availability works on your site
When a client opens your booking page, Timelish shows open slots based on:
- Your default weekly schedule.
- Any appointments already booked.
- Optional layers below (if you use them).
Get the default schedule right first - most small businesses do not need anything more on day one.
Optional ways to fine-tune
Install these from Apps → App Store when you need them. Each has its own guide in Apps.
Weekly Schedule app
Override your default hours for specific weeks - holidays, summer hours, or a one-off late night.
Busy Events app
Block time manually when you are unavailable - a doctor visit, travel, or a private event that is not a client booking.
Connected calendars
Apps such as Google Calendar or Outlook can read events from your existing calendar so you do not get double-booked. They can also add new bookings to the calendar you check every day.
Quick check
- Every day you work has the right hours.
- Days you are closed are turned off.
- Time zone under Settings → Brand → General matches where you work.
