Build your website
Your setup wizard already created starter pages for your booking site. Now open them in the visual editor and make them yours - no coding required.
Open Website → Pages in the side menu.
Understand your page list
You will see a table of pages with names, URLs, and whether each page is published. Common starter pages include a home page, a services page, and pages for booking or contact.
Click a page row to open the page builder.
Edit content with blocks
The editor shows your page as a stack of blocks - building pieces you can add, remove, and rearrange:
- Text and headings - introduce your business and explain what you offer.
- Images - photos of your work, team, or space.
- Containers and columns - group content side by side on wider screens.
- Booking widget - lets clients pick a service and time without leaving the page.
Click a block to edit it. Use the toolbar to add new blocks above or below existing ones. Changes are not live until you save and the page is published (covered in Publish and share).
Upload images
Go to Website → Assets to upload photos and files. When you add an Image block on a page, pick from assets you have already uploaded.
Headers and footers
Go to Website → Appearance to manage page headers and page footers - the top navigation bar and bottom section that repeat across pages.
- Create or edit a header/footer once, then assign it to each page in that page's settings panel.
- A clear header with your logo and a "Book now" link helps clients find what they need.
Preview before going live
While editing a page, use the preview link to open the page in a new tab. Preview shows your work even before the page is published, so you can check layout on desktop and phone.
Blocks from installed apps
If you turned on optional apps during setup, extra blocks may appear in the editor:
- Blog - news and updates
- Forms - contact or intake forms
- Gift cards - sell gift cards on your site
Install or enable these later from Apps → App Store if you skipped them. See Apps overview.
A sensible first pass
You do not need a perfect site on day one. A practical first edit:
- Update the home page headline and a short welcome paragraph.
- Confirm your services page lists what you offer.
- Add your logo to the header.
- Replace any placeholder images with real photos.
You can always return to add pages, blog posts, or forms as your business grows.
