Set up your services
Services are what clients book. The setup wizard created at least one starter service - now make sure names, prices, and lengths match what you offer in real life.
Open Appointments → Services → Options in the side menu.
Review your first service
Click the service the wizard created (or any row in the list) to open it. Check:
- Name - clear and specific, like "Classic facial" or "Initial consultation".
- Description - a short explanation a new client can understand.
- Duration - fixed (one set length) or flexible (a range the client picks within min/max steps).
- Price - fixed (one price) or hourly (rate multiplied by time).
Tap Save when you are done.
Add another service
Select Add (or the plus button) to create a new service. You can start from scratch or pick a profession template that pre-fills common names and durations - then edit until it fits you.
You need at least one service for clients to book. Add more as your business grows.
Optional refinements
These are not required on day one, but useful soon:
Add-ons
Under Services → Add-ons, create extra items clients can add during booking - for example a deep-conditioning treatment or an extended session. Link add-ons to specific services when you edit each service.
Custom booking fields
Under Services → Fields, create questions you want every booking to answer - allergies, goals, parking needs, and similar. Attach fields to one or more services.
Discounts
Under Services → Discounts, set percentage or fixed-amount codes with optional date and usage limits. Useful for launch promotions or loyal clients.
Tips for new owners
- Start with your most popular offering only; add the rest later.
- Match prices to what you quote in person - surprises at checkout lose trust.
- Keep descriptions short; you can say more on your website pages.
