Outlook
Connect Outlook so bookings appear on your Microsoft calendar and your free or busy time stays aligned with Timelish.
Adding the App
- Open Apps, then Store.
- Find Outlook (Microsoft calendar) and install or connect it.
- Sign in with the Microsoft account your business uses. Complete any security prompts.
- Accept the permissions Timelish requests. Skipping steps often leaves the App stuck.
- Pick the calendar you want for appointments, if asked.
- Confirm the App shows as connected. Use Default apps if you must choose it over other calendars.
Corporate accounts sometimes need admin approval first. If sign-in fails, see Apps troubleshooting.
Good to know
Company rules (Microsoft Entra, Conditional Access) can block third-party apps until IT allows Timelish.
Usage
Put Timelish appointments on Outlook
Use this when: Staff use Outlook on desktop, web, or mobile for the day’s work.
You need: A Microsoft account with a calendar and permission to let Timelish update it.
Keep busy time honest across the team
Use this when: You want Timelish to respect meetings that already live in Exchange or Outlook.
You need: The connected account can see the calendars that matter for availability.
Online meeting links
Use this when: You want video links on events the way Microsoft allows for your tenant.
You need: Tenant settings and licenses that support online meetings.
Removing the App
- Open Apps, then Installed apps.
- Open Outlook and disconnect or remove it.
What changes afterward
Timelish stops updating that Microsoft calendar. Choose another calendar App or expect to manage some steps by hand.
Outside Timelish
In Microsoft 365 or Azure AD, an admin can revoke Timelish. Old events already on the mailbox stay until someone deletes them.
