Zoom
Connect Zoom so Timelish can attach meeting details when you offer online appointments through Zoom.
Adding the App
- Open Apps, then Store, and install Zoom.
- Sign in to Zoom when Timelish asks. Finish every permission screen.
- Return to Installed apps and confirm Zoom shows as connected.

Good to know
Your Zoom account must allow creating scheduled meetings via apps. Paid plans often differ from basic accounts; check Zoom’s own notices in their dashboard.
Usage
Add a Zoom link to virtual appointments
Use this when: Clients should join from a calendar invite or reminder.
You need: Services or workflows in Timelish set up for Zoom where your product exposes that choice.
Keep meeting details updated when bookings move
Use this when: Rescheduling should refresh the Zoom session details.
You need: Zoom still connected with valid permissions.
Removing the App
- Open Apps, then Installed apps.
- Open Zoom and disconnect or uninstall.
What changes afterward
New bookings stop receiving Zoom links from Timelish. Old meetings already created may still live in Zoom until you delete them in the Zoom portal.
Outside Timelish
Visit Zoom Account, Apps, or integrations and remove Timelish if your security checklist requires it. Turning off Zoom in Timelish does not erase past meetings automatically.
