Google Calendar

Connect Google Calendar so new bookings show on your calendar, busy time stays truthful, and you can attach Google Meet to online appointments when Timelish and your workspace support it.

Adding the App

  1. Open Apps, then Store.
  2. Find Google Calendar and install or connect it.
  3. Sign in with the Google account whose calendar drives this workspace. Finish any two-step prompts Google asks for.
  4. On the consent screen approve every permission Timelish lists. Incomplete approval commonly leaves the App on Pending.
  5. Pick the calendar you want for appointments whenever Timelish asks.

If setup loops or hangs, read Apps troubleshooting.

Good to know

Use a mailbox you actively control unless your workplace policy deliberately uses a delegated shared calendar owned by trusted admins.

Usage

See Timelish bookings alongside other Google events

Use this when: You plan the day strictly inside Google Calendar.

You need: A Gmail or Google Workspace account with calendar permission.

Honour busy time from secondary calendars you already keep in Google

Use this when: Personal or departmental calendars block availability.

You need: Those calendars must be readable by the signing-in account, and Timelish must retain the scopes that allow availability checks.

Use this when: You sell video visits or consults.

You need: Google Meet activated for those accounts plus any organisation rules satisfied.

Removing the App

  1. Open Apps, then Installed apps.
  2. Open Google Calendar and disconnect uninstall or trash depending on wording shown.
  3. Confirm so Timelish revokes ongoing access.

What changes afterward

Booking creation may stall until you reconnect Google or activate another calendar App. Visit Default apps if Timelish now needs a replacement default calendar.

Outside Google

Customers can revoke Timelish under Google Account security. Events already sitting on Google stay until somebody deletes them in Google.
