Weekly schedule

Weekly schedule is where you set when you accept bookings across the days of each week. You can copy a week forward, repeat a pattern, reset to defaults, or set one-off weeks for holidays and special cases. It is the base layer that online booking uses before finer rules apply.

Adding the App

  1. Open Apps, then Store, and install Weekly schedule.
  2. Open the weekly schedule screens from Apps or scheduling (your admin menu may group it under the same area).
  3. Choose the week you are editing, set open hours per day, and save.

Good to know

Your workspace time zone should be correct in settings. Wrong time zones create odd gaps on the public booking page.

Usage

Set normal business hours

Use this when: You open and close at steady times most weeks.

You need: Which location or person the row applies to, if your business has more than one.

Handle a holiday week

Use this when: One week should differ from your default pattern.

You need: Use the week picker, edit that week only, or reset it later if you copied the wrong pattern.

Copy or repeat a week

Use this when: Several future weeks should match a template you already built.

You need: Care with “replace existing” options so you do not overwrite weeks you meant to keep.

Removing the App

  1. Open Apps, then Installed apps.
  2. Remove Weekly schedule only if your workspace allows it. Some sites treat it as core; if removal is blocked, ask support.

What changes afterward

Booking may fall back to a very simple rule or need another way to define hours. Export or screenshot important weeks before you remove it, if your team relies on them.
