Customer email notification

This App sends emails to clients tied to appointments. You pick templates for stages such as pending, confirmed, declined, or rescheduled so customers always hear from you through your chosen wording.

Adding the App

  1. Confirm outbound email ready (often SMTP) so replies look like @yourbiz.com.
  2. Open Apps, then Store, and install Customer email notification.
  3. For each lifecycle stage Timelish shows (pending confirmed declined rescheduled patterns may vary), attach the matching email template supplied by Timelish or your workspace.
  4. Save and trigger a sandbox booking path to preview copy.

Confirm politely when you accept an appointment

Use this when: Clients need confidence the slot is theirs.

You need: A confirmed-stage template pointing to correct branding and contact links.

Explain gently when something is declined or changed

Use this when: You must soften bad news yet stay clear on next steps.

You need: Copy approved by whoever owns voice and legal tone.

Use this when: New time deserves an email restatement.

You need: Template placeholders still valid after product updates.

Removing the App

  1. Open Apps, then Installed apps.
  2. Remove Customer email notification.

What changes afterward

Customers stop receiving this automated template path. Announce another channel so they are not guessing.
