My Cabinet
Some workspaces still label this My account in menus. It is the same feature. Returning clients prove who they are with a short code sent by email or, optionally, by text. Once verified, they view appointments confirmations receipts and whichever self-help steps you granted in your wider settings.
Adding the App
- Complete the mandatory OTP email template. OTP means one-time password. Keep the message short polite and readable.
- If you toggle Allow login with phone, add an OTP text template and verify Textbelt SMS already sends messages reliably.
- Open Apps, open Store, install My Cabinet, then customise colours wording legal banners and accessibility knobs as offered.
- Test in private browsing. Confirm codes arrive and check Spam or Promotions folders.

Removing the App
