Forms

Forms is a builder for questionnaires, intake sheets, consent pages, file uploads when Timelish supports them, validations, and branching. Publish each form wherever Timelish offers a hook often beside booking flows or site blocks. Answers collect under Form responses where staff can read, export, or delete rows according to your retention policy.

Adding the App

  1. Open Apps, open Store, install Forms.
  2. Click New form scaffold questions branching files when your tenant exposes those controls.
  3. Publish or embed wherever Timelish indicates booking flows website widgets wording follows your dashboard.
  4. Submit answers yourself sanity-check grids.

Removing the App

  1. Export responses when legal bookkeeping demands evidence.
  2. Open Installed apps, uninstall Forms.
