First steps in a new workspace
Once first-time setup sends you to the dashboard, use this short checklist so your booking page matches how you really work.
Get comfortable with the layout
- Dashboard - today’s snapshot: upcoming visits, quick links, anything Timelish wants you to notice first.
- Appointments - every booking, filters, and tools to add or move items by hand.
- Services - the bookable offers clients see; add fields, add-ons, or discounts here as you grow.
- Website - pages, images, headers, and footers that face the public.
- Settings - business name, brand colours, booking rules, messages, and more (see Change settings).
Double-check your public booking address
Open Settings - Brand and read the line that shows your booking website address. Copy it with the copy button and paste it into a private browser tab - what you see is close to what clients see.
If something looks unfinished, fix pages or brand settings before you share the link widely.
Refine services and hours
Visit Services - Options (or the area where your offers live) to adjust names, prices, and lengths. Then open Schedule from the Appointments area to align default working hours with reality.
Connect what you still skipped
If you deferred calendars, meetings, or payments during setup, open Apps - App Store and finish those links now so reminders and checkouts behave the first week.
Send yourself a test booking
From your public page, book a time as if you were a client. Cancel or move it afterward. This proves notifications, calendar blocks, and payment steps (if any) feel right.
